Starting over or adjusting to a major change can make everyday things feel harder than they should. Sometimes having someone beside you can make it easier to figure out where to start.
Almond Tree Wellness supports people as they navigate reentry and other major life transitions. This may include building everyday skills such as cooking, meal planning, grocery shopping, organizing the home, creating routines, planning for appointments, and managing day-to-day responsibilities.
The goal is to build confidence, strengthen skills, and support greater independence as each person moves into what comes next.
-
Sometimes it helps to talk with someone who understands because they have been there too. Almond Tree Wellness offers peer support for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
Support creates space to be heard without judgment while exploring what comes next. A whole-person approach recognizes that well-being is connected to the many parts of our lives. When appropriate, support may include complementary wellness practices alongside peer support.
Peer support is not therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or substance use treatment.
